We have reserved hotel rooms convenient to the Convention Center featuring discounted rates for attendees and exhibitors. Hotels will sell out quickly, make your reservation today through Louisville Tourism, the official housing provider.
To support our host city of Louisville, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, the AREMA Annual Conference & Expo Planning Team encourages attendees to book within the official housing block.

A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee each reservation.

Important Dates and Deadlines
Your safety is our priority. Please remain vigilant of any scams, including unsolicited phone calls or emails offering hotel deals or conference registration lists on behalf of AREMA. These entities are not affiliated with AREMA. Remember, Louisville Tourism is the only official housing provider for the event.
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee each reservation. The hotels require cancellations to be made 72 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid forfeiting the deposit of one night’s room and tax.
- Wednesday, July 24 – All Group Reservation Blocks (more than 9 rooms) must be requested by 11:59 pm (EST)
- Wednesday, July 31 – All Group Reservation Blocks must be filled with names at 11:59 pm (EST)
- Friday, August 9 – All Individual Reservations must be complete at 11:59 pm (EST)
